Where are you located?
Our workshop is in Calgary, Canada
All of our products are handmade by us!
Do you offer private labeling?
Yes, we provide fully customized packaging and branding for corporate clients.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts at 20 units, with special pricing for larger orders.
How do I order?
To order private label or unlabeled candles, car diffusers, please select the vessel, scent, and quantity through this link: https://www.manuessence.ca/collections/private-label
And send the label / engraving design with your order number to manuessence.ca@gmail.com
Then we make and ship it to you!
What is the lead time?
After you attach your label art, we will print out a label and send you the proof within 1-3 days for you to approve so that we make sure you like it.
After you approve it, it will move onto production and it will take roughly 1-2 weeks to produce. Shipping can take 5-7 days after production.
From the day you place an order to the day you receive your product, please expect 2-3 weeks.

What is the return policy?
Because of the custom nature of Private Label orders, we do not accept returns.
If any product is damaged, you must let us know within 14 days with pictures. Please send the pictures to manuessence.ca@gmail.com
After the refund is processed, we will partial refund you for the damages.
